My own fitness journey started 7 years ago, when I hit rock bottom with my mental and physical health. I struggled with anxiety, binge eating, and had completely lost my sense of self.
Joining the gym was a turning point - it started as a way to feel better about my body, but quickly became a lifeline that helped me rebuild my confidence, strength, and mental wellbeing.
Through my own journey, from obsessive calorie counting and cardio to discovering the power of weight training and balance, I’ve experienced the full spectrum of struggles many women face with food, exercise, and body image.
